The
Toreador Motel is ideally situated on the Pacific Highway,
right in the heart of beautiful Coffs Harbour, NSW, Australia.
We
are almost directly opposite the Coffs Harbour Tourist Information
Centre and Interstate and Country coach stop.
The
street name on the Pacific Highway where the motel is located
is also called Grafton Street on some maps. We are
on a service road with access from both the north-bound and
south-bound traffic, by entering the side streets (see map).
FROM
THE SOUTH:
As you approach Coffs Harbour, you will pass through a light
industrial area with car dealerships. A large windmill restaurant
will be on the left as you climb the hill immediately before
the town centre. Turn right at the set of traffic lights (into
Albany Street) - then immediately turn left into the
service road. We are about 200 metres down the service road,
parallel to the Highway.
FROM
THE NORTH:
Drive past the Big Banana, and follow the Pacific Highway
through the main centre of town for about 1 Km. After crossing Park Avenue intersection, the Highway (Grafton Street)
curves slightly left then right.
Turn LEFT into Market Street (near the Fire Station), then immediately right into the service road, parallel with
the Highway.
If you miss the turn from the Highway, continue along the
Highway past the Toreador Motel, then turn left into at the
set of traffic lights (into Albany Street) - then immediately turn left again into the service road. We are about 200 metres
down the service road, parallel to the Highway.
